By reviewing these SomaCell™ terms, completing consent and intake forms, and receiving treatments, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have the required legal Parent’s or Guardian’s direct signed permission, and that you are competent and fully able to enter into the Terms & Conditions set forth within this Agreement. You fully understand and agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions, along with your pre- and post-treatment instructions. You agree that you have not omitted any health or skin information, as well as any relevant details regarding your ethnicity and any/all current or recent medical treatment(s). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with booking or receiving treatments at SomaCell™.

SomaCell™ may make changes to the Terms & Conditions, procedures, security measures, equipment standards, database, facility/facilities, forms of documentation, skincare retail, access to the clinic terms, and other changes without advance notice. SomaCell™ shall update our Terms & Conditions on this page and note this by changing the “Latest Update” date, located at the bottom of these Terms & Conditions. While SomaCell™ will make every effort to inform you of these changes, you, the patient, accept full responsibility to periodically review these Terms & Conditions for updates.

SomaCell™ makes every reasonable effort to be as accurate as possible in describing our service menu options. We warrant that these treatments are provided by licensed providers under the employment of, in contract with, or referred by SomaCell™. SomaCell™ does not warrant that our content provided within our site, online or otherwise, is fully current, complete, accurate, or error-free, although we strive to be up-to-date.

Treatments and User Account Access

Note: SomaCell™ does NOT provide medical services or medical advice. SomaCell™ does NOT prescribe. Only our licensed Medical Professionals with whom we partner and/or collaborate with are authorized to prescribe, give medical advice, and administer medical treatments. Use of SomaCell™ services does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Our site and storage of patient information are HIPAA-compliant. In the case of a medical emergency, we advise you to call 911 immediately. You must disclose all medical and health information to ensure the most compatible treatment(s) and consult with your physician regarding any questions you may have before receiving treatment(s) at SomaCell™.

Proprietary Rights and Non-Disclosure Agreement

You acknowledge and agree that all information related to SomaCell™’s services and operations is confidential. By receiving services at SomaCell™, you enter into a non-disclosure agreement. Disclosure of proprietary information is prohibited, except when referring potential patients to SomaCell™.

Feedback and Reviews

You agree that any feedback you provide to SomaCell™ may be used for commercial purposes, and if you suggest any new ideas adopted by SomaCell™, they will become the property of SomaCell™, free from confidentiality restrictions.

Patient Misrepresentation

If you misrepresent yourself during the booking process, SomaCell™ reserves the right to cancel your booked service without notice or refund. You will be charged the full amount of the booked service.

Governing Law; Arbitration

This Agreement and all claims related to it shall be governed by the laws of the state where SomaCell™ operates. You waive any right to bring claims in court, opting instead for binding arbitration. This Agreement waives participation in class actions.
